All trip costs are transparent and must be split equally during the trip between all trip members, excluding the organizer and drivers, whose costs follow these guidelines:
WTC Organizer
The organizer’s trip costs are covered by participants as a thank-you for the significant time, effort, communication, planning, and coordination it takes to create, host, and guide the trip on behalf of the group. Without the organizer, this trip would not take place.
Drivers with Their Own Cars
Drivers using their own personal vehicles will have their fuel and food expenses covered by trip participants. This is in appreciation of their driving time, the impact on vehicle mileage/resale value, and their responsibility in ensuring safe transport.
Drivers with Rental Cars
Drivers renting cars specifically for this trip will have their fuel expenses covered by the trip participants. This acknowledges their driving responsibility and time commitment.
